Baby Sarah

We were so excited to meet Baby Sarah! She is the sweetest little thing and Elise can't get enough of her!

Elise with Baby Sarah at the family reunion.
This is what Grandpa Kelly and Linden were doing in the waiting room when Baby Sarah was born. In all the excitement I had to stop and get this picture. Men can sleep through anything! So sweet!

Scott's New Job!

Scott will start his new part time job in two weeks. He will be working at Bio-life plasma services. If you don't know what that is it's a place where people, like myself, go twice a week and donate plasma to help others and you get paid for your time. We have got to know the people there really well and that's kind of how Scott got the job. We are really excited because it's a nice clean place to work with a lot of benefits!

Table Rock Mountain Hike!

We had so much fun hiking Table Rock Mountain. It took us all day Friday but it was worth it. We started up at 7am and we got back to camp around 8pm. We took our sweet time but we also got lost for about an hour. We didn't know that the trail went across the river because another trail went strait and then turned into a creek bed so we followed it but we soon realized that we were lost. We finally found the real trail after pushing our way through bushes, trees, mud, and rocks but we were having fun so it wasn't a big deal. We didn't know where we went wrong until we came back down. It was easy to miss the trail that went across the river. It was all worth it because the view of the Grand Tetons from Table Rock was so amazing!!

We stopped by this pretty waterfall on our way up for a snack.

This was at the top of the switchbacks. Scott, Carly, Nicole, Randon, Jordan, Annie Dog, and Sasha Dog. We thought that the swichbacks were hard and after that it was going to be easy until the last push to the top. We were wrong! There's very little oxygen up there and it makes it very hard to walk at all. We all had a very hard time getting to the top! Jordan almost made it but it just wasn't his day. The dogs on the other hand loved it. They were tired but they had no problems.

Annie and Sasha were in heaven when we found a patch of snow.
On the top of Table Rock Mountain. It was so windy Scott is holding my hat on. I can't believe how close the Tetons were. It felt like you could walk over and touch them!

This is on our way back down. We are somewhat pointing at Table Rock Mountain. We couldn't believe how far away it looked and we still had a long way to go. The fields of flowers were so pretty all the way up.

We went to Randon and Nicole's house in Utah from Wednesday to Sunday. Grandma Beckstead took us to Hogle Zoo Thursday and the girls loved it (We did too!) We had planed on coming to Randon's Friday to help him build a new deck but Scott was laid off last week and grandma invited us to come to the zoo and we decided why not! Scott and Randon worked so hard on the deck and it was so HOT outside! But they got it done Saturday night. Nicole and I stayed busy staining the wood and pulling the weeds in the flowerbeds. But we found a snake in one and I wasn't much of a help after that. We all took a break and went to a near by water slide park to cool off and it was so nice. Saturday night Nicole and I went to Wal-mart and got Randon a cake for his birthday. We picked the Sponge Bob Square pants and he laughed when he saw it. We had a great time and it was nice to spend time with Randon and Nicole.... And Sasha dog too!

Elise looking at the crocodiles.

I don't know what kind of monkey this was but he liked Scott. There is glass between them.

Becka playing with a Mira cat. It was so cute! He would follow her fingers along the glass.

Randon, Nicole and Becka on the train at the zoo.

Scott and Randon cutting stuff.
I'm not sure Randon should have a hammer!

It's starting to look better!

Yha! It's done! They did a great job and it looks awesome!
Happy Birthday Randon!!

13 might fit this cake more, but 31 is the age. The cake was really yummy and we all had blue mouths after.

Bear Lake Weekend

Happy Elise. She would live at the beach if she could.

Becka and the beach ball. She loved the beach too. She's my water baby. She didn't even mind the cold water.

Grandma Linda watching us play in the water.

Nicole, Ryan, Angela, Randon, and Baby Linden hanging out in the water.

We had so much fun at Bear Lake. It was awesome to have the family all together. We had a blast playing on the beach all day Friday. Saturday we went on a jet ski. We had pretty good weather and we didn't want to leave!

It's not a party until the cops show up!

We celebrated Jordan's birthday with a firework tonight and as it was going off a truck pulled up and stopped until it was done. It was a cool fire work and we all were clapping. The truck pulled up and the guy inside said "Are you going to fix my windshield?" We thought he was kidding. He then yelled that his (insert really bad word here) windshield was broken. I was so mad because Elise and Becka were right there. So we just ignored him. He called the cops. The cop said that there's nothing he can do but write a report and then we get to work it out ourselves, whether that be on our own or in court. The punk kid is only 18 and I think it's his mom's truck. So if anyone has any advice let us know! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JORDAN!

Family Room.......Check!

The family room is finally finished! After three years of living here we finally have a family room. It's going to be great this summer because it's so much cooler down in the basement. I just had a girls night Saturday and we had a lot of fun playing the wii and hanging out without bugging Scott and the kids upstairs. The only down side that we have to fix is that we can't hear when someone comes to the door upstairs. I've also repainted the living room, hall, and kitchen upstairs and I can't believe how much better it looks also! We are having fun fixing up our home and if the rain stops soon we want to do some more outside.

You might not be able to tell but that is a brick type wall with shelf's and an old hole for a fireplace vent. I hated that wall and we thought about putting drywall over it but I worked with it and it turned out to be awesome!

The girls "helped" Scott with the padding and carpet. We did it all ourselfs and it turned out perfect!
